We guarantee our product to be free from defect, and to perform up to or above factory specifications for the 18 months following the purchase date.

We do not gaurantee that a replacement or repair will solve all your vehicles problems, we only promise a good working part, by part # as you ordered. 

Parts purchased that become damaged by other faulty parts of the vehicle, such as the ISC shorting out the ECM, transmission solenoid shorting theTCM, or any human error such as hooking the battery up backwards are not under warranty. 

If you have an issue with a part under warranty please give us a call and we will assist you as best we can, in most cases you will need to return the part to us for inspection and diagnosis.

We are not liable for return shipping cost, however if we find we are at fault, we may offer some compensation at our discretion.

Our policy is that we do not accept returns, all sales are final.
 
Misdiagnosis is the liability of the purchaser, so please be sure you really need the part before you buy it.

If you have ordered the wrong part # by accident, we can work out the exchange for the proper part #, provided we have it in stock,  and cost may vary depending on the particular part numbers in question.
